What changed from the 2018 map
Ten counties moved one zone warmer in the 2021 map: Cloud County (5 → 4), Ellis County (5 → 4), Graham County (5 → 4), Hamilton County (5 → 4), Lane County (5 → 4), Mitchell County (5 → 4), Ness County (5 → 4), Osborne County (5 → 4), Rooks County (5 → 4), Trego County (5 → 4). If your town still enforces the 2018 or 2015 code, the older zone applies to permits.
